All prices are stated in DKK, EUR, GBP and USD, including 25% VAT.
Items are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to adjust prices and shipping charges if our suppliers change their prices.
You can pay by payment card, Anyday and MobilePay.
Payment is only charged when the order is dispatched.
No card fees are charged.
You will receive an order confirmation by email. An invoice can be sent on request.
Quote Copenhagen encrypts all card details using SSL technology so that unauthorised parties cannot read them.
We use ePay.dk as our payment processor.
When using Anyday, you pay the first instalment when the item is dispatched, followed by three monthly payments. There is no interest or fee if you pay on time. If the item is returned, the Anyday agreement ends automatically. Read the terms here: https://da.anyday.io/terms-conditions/shopper.
For orders from within the EU, local VAT applies and no customs duty is charged.
For orders from countries outside the EU, Danish VAT will be deducted, but local customs duties and import charges may apply.
UPS will contact you if customs duty is payable. This may delay the shipment.
Delivery takes 2–4 working days.
Within Denmark, we ship with GLS to the nearest parcel shop.
Abroad, we ship with UPS to the nearest UPS Access Point.
Orders up to DKK 499: DKK 49 shipping
Orders over DKK 500: Free shipping
The same rates as Denmark.
Orders up to DKK 1,499: DKK 149 shipping
Orders over DKK 1,500: Free shipping
Outside Europe: By arrangement only.
If an item is faulty or damaged in transit upon receipt, you must contact us no later than 3 days after receipt: info@qbb.dk
Remember to complete the return note and include the order confirmation.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item.
You must email info@qbb.dk before returning the item.
The item must be returned no later than 14 days after you notify us of your withdrawal.
You pay the return shipping costs.
The item must be sent in its original packaging and securely packed.
You may examine the item as you would in a physical shop. Use beyond this may reduce its value.
We issue a refund once the item has been received and approved. Refunds are made using the same payment method as the purchase.

We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.
Parcels must not be sent to parcel shops.
The rules on defects in the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply.
You have 24 months to make a claim for faulty goods.
You must notify us of a defect within a reasonable time after discovering it.
As our textiles are made from recycled materials, small stains, needle marks, repairs and colour variations may occur.
Reasonable shipping costs will be refunded for an accepted claim.
We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.
We collect your name, address, phone number and email address so that we can deliver goods to you.
The information is retained for five years and is not shared with third parties.
